RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with Norelle.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer rights. Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
